About This Agreement
This agreement, including our Acceptable Use Policy and in combination with our and Privacy Policy governs your usage of the b2logs Service, your access to our site and your usage of our services.

In this agreement, the terms:
“You” and “Your” refers to both you and any person or party whose behalf you are acting on.
“We”, “Us”, the “site”, “Site”, and “b2logs” refers collectively to b2logs.com, and its affiliates
“Content” means data shown, transmitted or shared with you, either privately or publicly through b2logs.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that any use of the Site will be in accordance with these Terms of Service. By continuing to access the Site after notice of such modifications have been published, you signify your agreement to be bound by them.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and the Site and any Site affiliates persons supersedes any and all prior written agreements.
To b2logs, you are certifying that you are of legal age to enter a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States of America, Canada, or other applicable jurisdictions. Changes to this agreement
This agreement is subject to modifications at any time. You agree to assume all responsibility for reviewing this agreement periodically so that you will be aware of any changes. Should you choose to continue using b2logs after an update or change to this agreement, you are signifying that you accept the new terms.

About b2logs
Combine neatness with the world’s best business news and the product is b2logs. The site hosts many business blogs and other news sites, organized in columns and grouped by location. Each feed will show approximately 5 RSS links, posts and/or blogs. We host only the best business blogs and make them accessible from anywhere. This site helps people digest their business news fast and with minimal effort.

Mission Statement
Our goal is to provide the best reliable business news, fast while being easily accessible.

Service
Our site imports business news and blogs from leading sites around the world. We conveniently situate them under one domain. By hovering over the headlines, one can glimpse at short introductions of the news feeds. Clicking on the feeds will open the news or blog in our handy news reader browser. It is sized just so your important news will emerge while the rest (affiliate ads, pictures) will not. One can also navigate through our site’s marketing division, global news, and management section with the labels at the top of our site. RSS is covered in depth below.

Newsletter
An optional choice for our users is our weekly newsletter. One can subscribe to this through providing your email in the field labelled above “free newsletter”. The purpose of the newsletter is to send a weekly recap of the financial world and other interesting topics to our readers. We plan to send this to the emails of our readers as well as provide a post to our blog for future reference. This further increases convenience to our readers and can notify them of interesting topics that are missed. Our careful treatment of your emails is explained in our privacy policy section.

Privacy Policy
When you register your email for b2logs free financial newsletter, we collect your email address information. You have access to this information, and may correct it if inaccurate or delete it. By registering with b2logs free newsletter, you are consenting to having your information stored. We will not misuse this information and will only use this information as a communication tool. We will send a weekly summary of financial events as well as other related opinions and articles through our newsletter. We promise to never share your information with anyone.

RSS Feeds
The site uses RSS feeds which update our tables and columns of information. This usually updates every dozen minutes. Practically all of our information comes from major news sites and other blogs around the world. We are not in any way infringing any copyright or information rights or laws by placing RSS feeds on our site. Our permissions to use the RSS feeds of these sites include:

Copyright Policy
To comply with copyright laws and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we place tremendous effort to process claims and notifications of infringements. A notification of written material must be sent to zan@b2logs.com. We will then take the necessary steps and contact the owners of the claimed material which can further lead to a counter notice. The notification must include the following:

1) The identification of the infringed copyrighted content, in detail
2) The identification of the service that is sharing the infringed content.
3) Sufficient information to contact you (return email address)
4) An electronic or written signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
5) The following statements:
"I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above as allegedly infringing is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
And
"I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."

Please note that your notification may be sent affiliates for review, annotations, and or publication.

NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES (INCLUDING COSTS AND ATTORNEY FEES) IF YOU MISREPRESENT THAT THE CONTENT IS INFRINGING YOUR COPYRIGHT.

The Owner of the alleged infringed content may file a counter notification.
To file a counter notification, please send an email to zan@b2logs.com
1) Identify the content that has disabled access to or removed.
2) Your name, telephone number, address, email address, and a statement that you consent to federal jurisdiction and that you will accept service of process from the person or his/her agent who provided notification.
3) Include the statement "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that content identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled, or that the material identified by the complainant has been removed or disabled and will no longer be shown."

NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES (INCLUDING COSTS AND ATTORNEY FEES) IF YOU MISREPRESENT THAT THE CONTENT IS NOT INFRINGING YOUR COPYRIGHTS OF OTHERS.

Trademark Policy
"b2logs" is a trademark of the b2 business network (b2.ca). All other sub-sites, tabs, links and tools within the Site are trademarks of the Site and our affiliates. All other brands and names are the property of their respective owners. All other trademarks appearing on the Site are of their respective owners. All b2logs related graphics on the Site are trademarks of the Site or Site-affiliated people or entities. Use, plagiarising, vandalism, reproduction, copying, or redistribution of trademarks, without the written permission of the Site or Site-affiliated people and entities, is prohibited.

Acceptable Use Policy
The purpose of b2logs is to provide easy access financial information for our readers. This information may be untrue, modified, inappropriate, harmful, offensive, and not acceptable. The content of the Site and the sites that it links to are offered for information and educational purposes only. Neither the content of the Site, nor the links to other websites, are routinely moderated, screened, approved, or reviewed. Use of the site is at your own risk. You will not in any way attempt to harm b2logs, its servers, or any other party’s hardware and/or software.
If you do not agree, do not use the site and its services.

Unauthorized Use
Unauthorized use of the Site in may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties against infringers. . If a criminal offence has been committed, we will comply with authorities and may release your name, email address, country, state and Internet Protocol address. It is under b2logs’ sole discretion to decide what constitutes a violation of this agreement.

Limited Liability
You agree than under no circumstances or events will b2logs, its partners, owners, creators or employees be liable to you or any other third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limiting to any lost data, profits, or reputation damage from using b2logs. The above terms will apply whether or not b2logs has been advised or should have been aware of the possible losses or damages. The Site does not warrant that the Site will operate in an uninterrupted or error-free manner or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components. The site is not liable for any loss or damages including, but not limited to, claims for defamation, errors, loss of data, or interruption in availability of data arising out of the use or inability to use the Site or any links; to your placement of content on the Site; or to your reliance upon information obtained from or through the Site or through links contained on the Site. The Site is not an intermediary, broker/dealer, investment advisor, or exchange and does not provide services as such. Our opinions are strictly for educational purposes and not error free. USE THE SITE AND THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK. Advertisements
b2logs is supported by advertisement revenue and may display advertisements or sponsor promotions. We also have joint endorsement with affiliates. The manner and extent of advertisement are at the sole discretion of b2logs. By using the Site and its services, you are agreeing to be subjected to advertisements.

Licences
Your agreement to these Terms of Service grants you a personal license to access the Site. You may access the material on the Site for your own personal, informational, non-commercial use. By posting to or otherwise engaging in any communication within the Site, you are granting the Site and its affiliates a perpetual, royalty-free, and irreversible right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, create derivative works from, transfer, and sell any such information.

Terminations
b2logs reserves the right to terminate the site, the service, the free newsletter, and your email from the free newsletter for any reason we see fit whether or whether not you have violated this agreement.
